What is Vidyra?
Vidyra turns a sentence or a photo into a short video with top AI models — Kling and Veo — in one place. Pick a drama template or write your own prompt, choose a model and get a finished clip in about two minutes.
How do I make my first video?
Which model should I pick?
Kling 2.5 Turbo is the fastest and cheapest — great for testing ideas. Kling 3.0 Pro gives the best faces and emotion. Veo 3.1 is best when characters need to speak with sound. Start with Kling 2.5, then re-render your favourite shots on a premium model.
How do I keep the same character across scenes?
Save your characters in Cast, or create a Series: describe your story and Vidyra suggests the cast, locations and scenes. Generate a look for each character once — every scene frame then uses the same face.
How do I write a good prompt?
Say who is in frame, what happens, where, the light and the camera. For example: “A young woman in a red coat stops in the rain on a neon-lit street, turns slowly toward the camera, close-up, cinematic.” Short, concrete sentences work better than long lists of keywords.
How much does it cost?
Plans: Starter $15/mo (1,500 credits), Creator $39/mo (4,500 credits), Pro $99/mo (12,000 credits). New accounts get free credits to try Vidyra with no card. Every price is shown in credits before you generate — a five-second Kling 2.5 shot costs 80 credits. See Plans for the full price table.
What happens to unused credits?
Monthly credits roll over while you're subscribed, and top-up credits never expire. If you cancel, the credits already on your account stay there.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Plans → Manage subscription → Cancel plan. It takes two clicks and no email. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Plans → Manage subscription → Update plan. Upgrades start right away — you pay only the difference for the rest of the month and get the extra credits immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Can I get more credits without changing plans?
Yes — buy a one-time top-up on the Plans page. Top-ups work for any account and never expire.
Where are my invoices and how do I change my card?
Plans → Manage subscription. There you can download every invoice and receipt, update your card and billing details.
Can I get a refund?
If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong, write to us within 14 days using the form below and we'll make it right. Credits that have already been spent generally can't be refunded.
Is payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe, used by millions of businesses. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
How long does a video take?
Usually 1–3 minutes, depending on the model and length. You can leave the page — the video keeps rendering and appears in Assets when it's ready.
My video failed. Did I lose credits?
No. If a render fails on our side or the model returns nothing, the credits come back to your balance automatically.
The result isn't what I wanted. What can I do?
AI video is a bit like shooting real takes — try 2–3 variations. Make the action simpler and more concrete, describe the camera, or start from a photo (image to video) to lock the look. Kling 3.0 Pro and Veo 3.1 follow prompts more precisely than the Turbo model.
Why was my prompt blocked?
Vidyra doesn't allow sexual or explicit content, content involving minors, real people without consent, or violence and hate. Prompts and uploads are checked automatically. If you think a normal prompt was blocked by mistake, rephrase it or contact us.
How many videos can I render at once?
Free accounts: 2 at a time. Starter: 3, Creator: 4, Pro: 6. New renders can start as soon as one finishes.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. You can post your videos on social media, in ads and in your own projects, as long as they follow our content rules and don't infringe anyone else's rights. See the Terms.
How do I download a video?
Open the video in Assets and press Download — you get the full-quality MP4, ready for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the login page — we'll email you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Google, just press “Continue with Google”.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. “Continue with Google” on the login page signs you into the account with the same email, or creates one.
How do I delete my account?
Send us a message with the form below from the email on your account. We delete the account and everything in it within 30 days.
