Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Vidyra (vidyra.ai). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Vidyra.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Vidyra. Keep your login details safe — you're responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions, credits and payments

• Generations are paid for with credits. Prices are shown before you subscribe or buy, and before each generation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed, and you are charged at the start of each period until you cancel. Each renewal adds that plan's monthly credits to your balance.
• You can cancel anytime from Plans → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and the credits you have stay on your account.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• One-time top-up credits and credits already granted don't expire while your account is active and have no cash value.
• If a generation fails on our side, its credits are returned automatically.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong, contact hello@vidyra.ai within 14 days and we'll make it right.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply.

Content rules

You may not use Vidyra to create or upload:

• sexual, pornographic or explicit content of any kind;
• any content involving minors in a sexual or harmful way;
• content that depicts real people without their consent, or impersonates them to deceive;
• content that harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• anything illegal where you live.

Prompts and uploads are checked automatically. We may block requests, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refunding credits.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploads, and — to the extent the law allows — in the outputs generated for you. You give us permission to process them to run the service. AI output can be unpredictable and similar outputs may be generated for other users. You're responsible for how you use what you create.

We may feature outputs on our site as examples only with your permission, except outputs created by our own team.

Third-party models

Videos and images are produced by third-party AI models (for example Kling and Veo via fal.ai). Their availability, quality and pricing can change, and we may add or remove models.

Service “as is”

Vidyra is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Vidyra at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@vidyra.ai. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Vidyra means you accept the updated terms. Questions: hello@vidyra.ai
